Are they custom orthotics?

Absolutely. We're actually glad they are mistaken for prefabs. Our tolerances for fit and finish are so high that they may seem prefabricated. But please note that they are fully custom, manufactured straight from the patient's casts that we receive.

What kind of casts do you take?

We take them all. We frequently receive plaster casts, biofoam casts, and STS socks. 

What is your turn-around time?

1-2 weeks guaranteed. All of our orders go out by Friday, if received on Monday of that week. If we receive orders on Tuesday, they will be prepped to be shipped by the following Thursday/Friday.

Do you have a 3D Scanner?

Yes and definitely Yes. Yes, we can receive casts from AOMSTOT, an application available on iTunes for all iPad Structure sensor users. However, we are in the process of having our own 3D structure sensor app developed. After testing, we are planning to release in 2018.

Is shipping free?

Yes!

Are extensions/pads free?

Yes!

What is your revision policy?

First revisions are free. We understand even with a perfect custom fit, that met pad might be too high, or the sudden arch support will bother patients. We'll cover all first revisions. However, shipping to us for revisions must be covered by practitioner.
